Indoor Rebates

The Rebate Program is designed to give back to those citizens who exchange water guzzling toilets and washers for certain high-efficiency ones that use less water; and on/off evaporative cooler thermostats for automatic programmable ones that save electricity and water.

To Apply:

  1.  Fill out the UT-UTO-01.01 (E) Rebate Application PDF
    1. Email or mail the completed application form along with a copy of your itemized receipt to:

Rebate for a Washer will receive a credit of $100.00 on your water bill. High Efficiency Clothes Washer must have an Integrated Water factor (IWF) of 3.2 or lower. Click here to see a list of qualifying washers.

Rebates for Toilets will receive a credit of $100.00  per toilet on your water bill. HE Toilets must be EPA WaterSense compliant. Homes must have been built in 1996 or older to qualify. Click on the link to see a list of WaterSense compliant qualifying toilets PDF. 

Rebate for Evaporative Cooler Thermostat will receive a credit of $30.00 on your water bill. They must be automatic and work only on evaporative coolers (swamp coolers). Click on the link to see a list of qualifying Evaporative Cooler Thermostats PDF.

Allow up to 90 business days for your completed application to be processed and receive a credit (for qualifying applications).

The completed Application form and itemized receipt must be received within 90 calendar days from purchase date.

Incomplete Applications will not be processed.
